Overview

Peptide Composer is a calculation and analysis tool, especially useful for Composition-Based Sequencing (CBS) of unknown peptides in bioanalytical mass spectrometry. Peptide Composer allows to determine the amino acid sequence of peptides based on accurate mass measurement by high resolution mass spectrometry such as FT-ICR MS or FT-Orbitrap MS.
